PALAZZO di LA DATCHA - Forte dei Marmi is located in the heart of a Tuscan tourist resort, just 30 meters from the Tyrrhenian Sea beach.

Palazzo was built in the classical style way back in 1930 and now completely renovated it is a historical aspect.

INTERNAL

The building has four floors. On the ground floor, there are two living rooms, a dining room and a cocktail area, a bar, two work spaces, a cinema and a wellness center with swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and sun terrace.

The three upper floors contain 10 (ten) suites, each with a dressing room and a bathroom for guests' comfort.

The ground floor comprises kitchen, wine room, living room and dining room.

In addition to the bedrooms and the living area there is a functional SPA with steam, sauna and emotional shower, fitness room and massages.

Included in the price is access to the La Datcha Beach club located a few steps from Palazzo on the north side of the pier of Forte dei Marmi. The tenant will have the exclusive use of n. 11 out of a total of 12 tents on the beach (1 tent always reserved for the owner and his special guests) and the use of the club facilities such as changing rooms, showers, bars and restaurants.

The palace of La Datcha Forte dei Marmi can be booked entirely, for holidays with family or friends. The palace offers comfortable accommodation for 20 people.

The price includes: accommodation, service, breakfast and lunch, exclusive use of the private beach with 11 tents and all comforts; non-alcoholic drinks at the palace and on the beach.
